מטרתי היא לעזור לגופי פיתוח המקיימים תהליך בדיקות (תוכנה וחומרה), לייעל תהליך זה באמצעות אוטומציה. לרב נתפס נושא זה כמורכב וכזה שדורש השקעת משאבים רבים, אולם מנסיוני ישנם לא מעט פעולות פשוטות וזולות יחסית שניתן לבצע בכדי להשיג תוצאות מרשימות ובתקופה קצרה.
התמחותי היא בתכנון, עיצוב ומימוש פתרונות אוטומציה, הקמת תשתיות תומכות אוטומציה.
בנוסף אני מייעץ למנהלי בדיקות ומנהלי פיתוח בנושאי הקמה והתייעלות גופי בדיקות.
ניסיוני כולל 15 שנות ניסיון בתחום הבדיקות, רובן כמנהל תחום בדיקות, בכולן קרוב מאוד לשטח ולטכנולוגיה, וברובן הקמתי פעילויות תומכות אוטומציה, בעל ניסיון מגוון בפיתוח בטכנולוגיות שונות.
ניסיוני העשיר בתחום עיצבו את הבנתי כי פיתוח נושא האוטומציה בגופי הבדיקות הינה השקעה המחזירה עצמה בסדרי גודל.
My strength value is in fast creative design & implementation, working mostly with free open source tools. Work results can be expected in relative short period.
I believe automation can be applied anywhere and in many forms. In most cases we have what needed to start immediately with no investments in tools etc.
I believe it’s really all about reducing the risk and cost of software failures
I'm mainly specifying in:
• Designing automation solution for companies with no such activity in place
• Consult companies with automation activity for improvements.
• Implementing automation solution (using mainly free open source software)
• Generating simulation tools for various testing purposes
• Building software packages for fast (proof of concept) performance evaluation testing
• Advising testing managers for all aspects of SW test leading

לרוב העבודה מבוצעת במשרדי, עם גישה למשאבי עבודה אצל הלקוח ובהסכמת הלקוח. ניתן להגיע לסיכום על פורמט עבודה אחר (עבודה במשרדי הלקוח בחלק כזה או אחר של יום העבודה).
תשלום עבור עבודה יבוצע עד 15 יום מסוף חודש העבודה שעבורו הונפקה חשבונית ללקוח.
