ArchitecTerra offers a command-line offline profiler for XTENSA processors.

The profiler is processing the XTENSA trace file and provides many more details than the standard profiler. The profiling results are stored in CSV format, which allows further analysis with MS Excel. The profiler measures overall, per-function, and per-instruction run time, allows per-function filtering, makes inline functions visible, builds run-time calling graph, and more.
