Test To Speech Hebrew system TTS

Need Hebrew Text-To-Speech system (TTS) on our computer.
We run a charity for children without parents.
We need your help to get this going. We prefer mac/osx, but can do other options. We have other languages, but not Hebrew.

This will help us very much.
