Social media manager - job description

The Social Media Manager will own the company’s social media marketing and advertising. That includes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities:
Planning, goal setting and monitoring for all social media activities
Content creation and management - creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (blog posts, social media posts, ads etc)
Administration of social media accounts and activity (SMM)
Development of brand awareness and online reputation in social networks, websites and blogs, etc
SEO, SEM and traffic generation (both organic and paid)
Ongoing analysis of analytics to improve key metrics
We’re looking for a highly independent and motivated, creative individual, with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers.

Requirements:
English native speaker
Proven work experience of 2 years as a social media manager
Solid understanding of mobile ecosystem
Hands on experience in content management
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Paid advertising hands-on experience (Facebook, Google) - advantage
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Familiarity with web design
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills

As of the nature of our app, being a rehabbed smoker is an advantage for this position.
