Need a freelancer to find two legal assistants in NYC

I live in Israel now.
I need a recruitment person to market and find two legal assistants in NYC. You will be placing ads in various Internet locations, such as universities and classified ads, Internet listings, facebook.
We have some ideas, hopefully you know better than us where to search. Recruiting is not our thing.
We anticipate 4 hour a day remotely working with us through the telephone, or video phone.
Usually, our team is online with each other for a straight four period (with breaks). The time of day you want to work is open. It can be very early, or start late afternoon. All we ask is that you are not tired to work well.
We anticipate one or two weeks of work.
Sunday through Thursday, flexible scheduling.
