BI / Analytics tool integration

Hi, I am looking for an expert to find and integrate a BI / Analytics tool to our database for advanced querying of our data, analysis and insights. It should have a friendly interface for qerying to allow non-developers to work with it,. Advanced UI or graphs is not required
