If you are a senior full stack developer, an experienced scrum master and a leader, we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for a strong full stack developer with winner attitude.

Position Responsibilities:

• Hands-on back-end and/or front-end web development with security, quality, maintainability and functionality in mind.
• Performing as scrum-master for a cross-functional development squad, ownership of sprint and project execution.
• Assisting Product Owners in planning and preparing sprints, breaking down stories and epics, and demoing features to stake holders.
• Allowing squad members to perform their best by removing road blocks, tweaking processes and finding solutions in a resource-constrained environment.
• Improving the quality of your projects by adhering to top tier coding methodologies such as code reviews, unit testing and proper design.


Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
Must have:

• Team player with fantastic communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science and/or engineering
• Developer with the highest standards of coding essentials (Design patterns, OOP, TDD, etc.)
• At least 1 year of scrum master/SW team lead experience
• At least 3 years of web back-end or front-end development experience (Javascript/HTML/CSS, PHP/Python/Nodejs)
• Competent in Linux environments
• Basic grasp of CI/CD tools
