We are looking for a highly experienced FrontEnd developer, passionate about FrontEnd and engineering practices, to take part in challenging development projects.​
You will work with our clients, in a variety of technologies and architectures.
In this position, you will be a hands-on tech leader for React/Angular developers.
If you have massive knowledge in Frontend technologies and frameworks, you are experienced with tech leadership and consulting, come join Trainologic and enjoy our exclusive projects.
You will work with the top FrontEnd architects, while getting their ongoing training and coaching.

Reports to: Head of FrontEnd
Responsibilities:
Design and develop large scale, distributed systems using frontend technologies
Recruit development team
Lead complex designs
Work with architects/experts to define the product’s technical vision and ensure it is conveyed to the team
Cross-team and project tasks
Seek and implement improvements from different angles - technical, quality, processes, social
Collaborate with product and architecture teams
Joining an agile team of top developers and expected to contribute from your knowledge and inspire the team to success.

Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities
Must have:
5++ years of web development experience - JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery, CSS3
Massive experience with Angular/React and Hands-On work
Experience building enterprise-level web applications
Self-learner - to excel in this role, you should be able to keep learning the most updated and modern technologies
Adaptive and creative problem solver
Enthusiastic about complicated technical challenges, innovative
Managerial skills
Experience developing curriculum or serving as an instructor
Familiarity with learning theory and instructional strategies and methodology
A bias toward action and continuous improvement

Advantages:
