L2 to MPLS migration

Hello,

I am looking for a cisco expert to migrate an existing L2 network to MPLS
Network include around 100 locations Equipped with Cisco switches.

Target is to setup routers in traffic conjuctions and have those routers take decisions on how the traffic flows.
