Need a freelancer for WebRTC Streaming

We have a video stream and we'd like to send frames to a library which will allow for the video to be displayed via WebRTC on a website.

Our video stream runs on a linux machine and our web site is an ASP.NET WebAPI / Angular setup.

We need a library that we send an image every frame and the library will deal with all the webrtc native side (Linux / C++ / gstreamer available with webrtc plugin) and the web site will display the video from the server (you will provide a demo signalling server in ASP.NET / WebAPI to display the video)
