I'm looking for a passionate full stack Team Leader with a proactive approach and a “can do” mentality to lead the development of revolutionary technology.

The team leader will lead a group of 7 people, will work closely with the product management team and be responsible for the full lifecycle of the development of one of the company core products.

Requirements:


Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, or equivalent industry experience
Minimum 4 years of management experience in a competitive environment
Minimum 5 years of experience developing front-end and back-end using either React or Angular and Java or Node.js.
Experience with Single-Page Applications
Strong leadership skills
Experience with system design and architecture
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with frequent releases
Strong self-management, organizational and planning skills
Proactive problem solver
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
