Customized Drupal and Joomla! Plugin Development

We are a major online service provider platform. We are currently looking for an experienced Drupal AND Joomla freelancer to create a customized plug-in for each CMS.

Brief overview: The plugin is rather simple in that it only serves a single purpose and a simple one at that. It only needs to embed existing code into the CMS. It will enable our customers to embed their banners into the Drupal or Joomla platform. For this purpose the provider must create two separate plugins which perform the same functions.

The core functionality of this module will be identical across each CMS platforms.

The functionality will include the following:
1. Field to enter the publishers login.
2. Hardcoded link to register if user does not have an account.
3. Simple Web-service interface to retrieve user ID.
4. Enabling banner preview
5. Enabling banner selection
6. Embedding Banners into website (includes site compatibility issues – ie. will not allow user to place a 728x90 banner into a 300x250 container).

The deadline for this project is VERY tight. Both plugins MUST be fully functional and post testing no later then the 20th of October. Only bid if you can meet this demand. We are also doing an identical project for WordPress and Blogger (if you think you can deliver all 4 variants within the deadline please let me know).
