דרושים פרילנסרים עם מומחיות ב JAVA RAD EJB לפרוייקט קצר

We ALM-Toolbox almtoolbox.com need an expert who could help with the following issue:

We have an EJB 2.1 RAD project. The project is an Eclipse project.
The project has one EAR project with several WAR projects with JARs projects, about 18 projects. The client is using ANT for CI.
The project was written several years ago with Java 6 and RAD 5.

They are upgrading the following
Java 6 to Java *
Rad 6 to Rad 9
ANT to maven

The main issue right now is generating the EJB stubs.
Today they are doing it in two ways
In CI they are using ejbDeploy.bat through the ANT script which generates the byte code (class file)
During development, they are using the RAD J2EE menu option 'Prepare for deployment' which generate the source code (java file)
The main issue is that RAD change the way it generates the stubs and now use a utility class call CreateEJBStubs (You can read about it here https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21393419)
This does not work for me
I moved the projects to Maven structure and they are compiling
Running the CreateEJBStubs on the EAR create only part of the stubs - could not run it on a JAR (had a lot of trouble setting the classpath - no success)
Could not run the generateEJB3Stubs more than once (First run generate the source and the following does not even though the result is a success with no errors)

What I need
I need a "Hello world" maven EJB 2.1 RAD project which I can generate the stubs on the EAR and the source code during development :)
If this is not possible anything else will be welcome :)
