Python Server-side & API developer / Cloud Architect

I'm looking for a very experienced individual freelancer (not a group of people / company) that can lead the design & development of a server-side software project.

- The solution needs to be able to scale
- Need to be able to update parts of the code quickly and automatically
- Needs to be developed in Python
- Will build various APIs (Django / Flask / etc.)
- Need to be very experienced with the AWS ecosystem: load-balancing, scaling, security, etc.
- Need to be able to work under pressure. This project may start a little slow but may very quickly accelerate.
- This is a work-from-home project, but please be located in Israel.
