Arduino WIFI sensor

The project contains Arduino Pro Mini, ESP8266, wind sensor, and Vera controller.
When the velocity is higher than a specific value a specific command is sent to the Vera controller.
For example:
http://192.168.0.101:3480/data_request?id=action&output_format=xml&DeviceNum=138&serviceId=urn:upnp-org:serviceId:SwitchPower1&action=SetTarget&newTargetValue=1
This command turns On or Off a virtual switch in the Vera controller.
