Looking for a Senior Fullstack Consultant

Freelance Senior Fullstack Consultant & Tech-lead (Part-Time, 30%+)

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Freelance Senior Fullstack Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis (30%+). If you are a positive, enthusiastic individual with a vision to grow and have your own company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and implement full-stack web solutions using a variety of languages and frameworks
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of your solutions with our existing projects
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing web applications and processes
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services

Requirements:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, including both frontend and backend technologies
- Demonstrated experience working with both large organizations and small startups
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and databases such as JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Min. 4 years experience with React.
- Min 2 years experience with Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
