We're Hiring: Senior Back End Developer (Python)
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

We’re a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the B2B Sales Development space. In just one year, we’ve reached over $1M in ARR, established technological leadership, and serve dozens of top-tier companies worldwide.
Our team currently consists of 11 passionate individuals in Tel Aviv — and we’re just getting started.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Backend Developer with a sharp mind and a builder’s mindset. Someone who’s excited to work hands-on, shape new features end-to-end, and be part of a team that’s crafting the next big thing in AI-driven sales.

Must-Have Criteria:
At least 7 years of experience in Python backend development
Graduate of an elite technological unit (IDF or equivalent)
Currently based in central Israel (Tel Aviv area)

Role Responsibilities:
Hands-on backend development of our AI-based SaaS product
Lead the development of new features: from architectural planning to implementation and deployment
Collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product direction and tech strategy

Tech Stack & Skills:
Proven experience in Python or similar OOP languages (Java, Go, C#)
Strong experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Familiarity with SQL/Relational DBs (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

Bonus points for experience with:
LLMs / Vector Databases
Web Scraping
SaaS Product Development
