Job Profile: Technical Writer for Military Systems (Hebrew and English)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced technical writer with a background in military systems to produce technical documentation in Hebrew (English proficiency preferred). The role involves extracting data from English technical specifications, drafting clear and precise instructions, formatting documents in Word according to a defined template, integrating images and diagrams, and writing maintenance instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reading and comprehending English technical specifications to extract relevant information.
Writing operation, installation, and maintenance instructions in Hebrew (English writing skills are an advantage).
Formatting documents in Microsoft Word, including embedding images, drawings, and charts.
Working according to predefined document templates.
Collaborating with development teams and engineers.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience in technical writing, preferably with a background in military systems.
Full proficiency in Hebrew and strong reading and comprehension skills in English (English writing skills are a plus).
Quick learning ability for complex systems.
Clear, concise, and accurate writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and document formatting tools.
Good interpersonal skills, reliability, responsibility, and agility in task execution.
Availability for project-based work, with potential for long-term collaboration.
