This SaaS service will provide a complete solution for Ecommerce businesses seeking Customer Rating & Reviews functionality.

The system should provide users the ability to write and read Rating & Reviews. The data should be kept in the SaaS Database. The content will be presented in the website as a summary of all reviews and bellow the list of all reviews. Users will have few options for sorting the reviews. When creating a new review, the user will be asked to sign-in with a Facebook account. Then FB content should be stored in the system. BE systems for SysAdmin, Operator and Analysis are important part of the project.

SysAdmin - Changing system configuration
Operator - View reviews, approve/disapprove reviews. Create rules(Example: Reviews bellow 2 stars, require manual approval)
Analysis - Creates reports and charts according to business needs.

The integration cost/duration of this solution and existing Ecommerce website should be minimal. The system will support Ecommerce businesses from different sectors, thus it must be designed in a generic way, so that customization will be in low cost.
