required skills: C#, HTML, CSS, SharePoint webparts, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL knowledge, Web services, TFS, XML/CAML

2. Nice to have: Silverlight, JSON, XSLT, Ajax Pro

3. Ability to develop SharePoint sites and lists definitions

4. Knowledge working with SharePoint layouts, SharePoint masterpages and SharePoint designer

5. Experience working with Web Sites, lists and items thru SharePoint API

6. Microsoft certifications and leadership experience a plus

7. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
