Startup company is looking for a Developer Partner

Our startup is a social oriented service in the field of entertainment, leisure and nightlife.
We are currently running self funded and are at the verge of launching a Beta version of our cross - platform mobile application.

We are seeking a .Net Microsoft developer to join our team as a partner and take hands on responsibility for Product Architecture and Development in exchange for generous equity (part-time job at this point).


Main Technical Requirements:
- ASP.NET MVC with C# & Entity Framework programming experience
- Experience with MySQL database
- Experience with Facebook and Google API - advantage
- Proficiency with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript with Angular framework and Responsive Design) - advantage
- Ability to design and develop complex components independently, dealing with advanced architectural issues (such as scalability, concurrency, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and quickly respond to critical issues and changes in requirements
- Experience with PhoneGap - advantage
- Experience with developing native Android application - advantage
- Experience with Cloud solutions - advantage
