Updates to a UK Website

Hi,

We have a UK website www.balconette.co.uk

It has many features and is well positioned in the UK market for what we do.

I believe that we need to guide the clients through the site and focus them quickly on what they need. Not relying on their ability to find it by them selves. This presumption has to be proven yet to see if we get a better conversion rate and more enquiries per visit in this manner. I would like to form an additional route for customer to land on our website.

Using big buttons, not too much text and clear step by step pages, this route will work like a two way communication, client gets asked a question, clicks on answer goes to next page etc. and so with the information given we direct them to the pages and information they need.

The idea is that all the regular website buttons are available as well and they can choose to navigate by them selves, and of course once they have been directed to their destination information and gotten what they want they can continue to navigate the site as before.

My idea is to develop this and then try it by driving some PPC traffic to these landing pages and learning if this idea works well, improving and getting it right.

All the website components exist to connect to. I am looking for a company or person that can grasp my concept and develop these “intuitive” pages and guiding system, design them in accordance with the website theme.

We have three product categories and I will attach a file with word documents that represent an idea of what the pages will have in terms of text. I have made these for two of the three products we have. The highlighted parts mean a link.

These are not final but will give a good idea of what I mean.

I suggest that you study our website and see all the parts we have on it so you can fully understand what I need.

We have about 9000 visits a month and I want to capitalize on this. I am open to any bright ideas and interesting technologies that can be offered that will go hand in hand with my idea. I want to improve the conversion rate of the web site and improve the user experience.

The site is written in asp.net.

I would like to complete this in a month, so it is ready to trial run in January.
