David Levy is the founder and director of the Jerusalem Strategy Group. He is a retired US Navy Commander and Foreign Area Officer. He was the Director for Theater Security Cooperation for US Naval Forces Central Command and was the US Navy Attaché in Tunis. He served in several campaigns including Iraqi Freedom and Inherent Resolve. CDR. Levy was a Federal Executive Fellow with RAND Corp., received his MA in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School and his BS in Business from NY Maritime College. CDR. Levy is currently a PhD Student at Bar Ilan University.
