Feature Services:

Dynamic Business Plan:
Predict income and future costs based on customer lifetime value split into average income and retention parts across quarters. The plan includes operational, tax, and any other business expenses.
The complete plan of income and costs allow clients’ to examine several future scenarios with favorable ROI

Predictive Analytics Models:
I develop and implement models such as customer lifetime value, risky customer behavior, identification of VIP customers, churn, next best offer, products ranking, or any other business needs.
I examine several relevant algorithms to find the best performance.
I also work with validation and accuracy tests for existing models, in case you are already using one.

CRM Customers Segmentation:
I develop a dedicated customer-level segmentation by matching the optimal retention plan in order to maximize customer lifetime value. The code is written from scratch, making it flexible to any updates of dimensions and rules. We can assist with ongoing monitoring and A/B testing of the final product to identify the best bonus plan for each segment.

Games Engine and Economy:
I develop a mathematical model of online games using theoretical probability and coded simulations to ensure an engaging user experience

Ad hoc analysis and Reporting
I can conduct monitoring of main KPIs that influence company performance on monthly, weekly, and daily resolutions. The reports can be delivered using Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
