looking for a senior automation manager

an amazing startup in ha sharon area (VC backed up) looking for an automation wizard to establish the automation group, take thetechnical and management aspect, recruit engineers, desing the automation strategy, develop the automation itself
the position is 100% hands on in the beginning, the team will grow to 6 automation engineers

requirements:

1. deep understanding in the linux ( admin level)
2. strong system skills ( data centers)
3. at least 5 years in Java. C++., python development
4. experience in creating automation teams from scratch - must
5. understanding in the DC servers - strong advantage
5. CCNA / CCNP - strong advantrage
