Chorus is a platform to manage your engagements and opportunities (=deals).
Today there is a graph displaying past engagement for each deal.
The problem is - no one understands this graph, and MANY users complain about this in our NPS survey.
From the NPS we can learn that our #1 competitor is Gong, so I went and researched them but also other competitors.
I wanted to create an interface that will be easy to understand and create a differentiation in our market, so Chorus will lead this area.
