Chorus is a platform to manage your engagements and opportunities (=deals).
As such, it’s based on video experiences (you can watch past meetings for each deal).
As a manager you would like to see some key moments from today’s / past week’s meetings of reps in your team and leave comments - so in order to save some clicks - we presented “stories”.
Each “Story” circle is based on a topic - “budget” / “risk” / “next steps” - all these are searched by managers when looking to review a rep’s meeting mentioning these topics on the web today.
This can also be used by a rep when finishing their day, looking for key highlight moments they want to review or ask for coaching from their manager.
This can also be used by a rep wanting to learn from another rep who had success overcoming “budget risk” moments, and improving for next time.
